Terms of Service Grim Client

1. General
1.1. Grim Client is operated by GRM NOWAK WÓJCIK SPÓŁKA JAWNA, Złota 75A/7, Warsaw, Poland.
1.2. These Terms govern the use of Grim Client Software.
1.3. By purchasing or using the Software, the User accepts these Terms.
1.4. The Owner may update the Terms with 7 days' notice.
1.5. Polish law applies.
2. License
2.1. The User receives a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. The User does not gain ownership.
2.2. The Software requires communication with the license server.
2.3. License binds to a single device (HWID). HWID resets may be purchased. Lifetime licenses include 2 free resets.
2.4. The Owner may revoke the license upon Terms violation.
3. Technical Data
3.1. At launch the Software collects technical information (IP, hardware ID, install path, account data, Discord ID, CPU, java info).
3.2. Data is used only for licensing and security.
3.3. The Software checks file integrity.
3.4. The Owner may monitor activity only to detect violations such as reverse engineering or crack attempts.
3.5. HWID bans may be applied.
4. Rules of Use
4.1 Users may not:
- share or sell accounts,
- distribute cracked versions,
- bypass licensing,
- reverse engineer the Software,
- act against the Owner or the project.
4.2. The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials.
5. Refunds & Chargebacks
5.1. Refunds only for major technical issues caused by the Owner, after cooperation with support.
5.2. By purchasing, User agrees that the service begins immediately and waives withdrawal rights.
5.3. Chargebacks result in permanent license revocation.
6. Liability
Owner is not responsible for:
- downtime,
- maintenance,
- updates,
- Mojang server issues,
- detections by external anti-cheats.
7. Violations
Owner may revoke license, HWID ban or terminate account.
Technical logs are final evidence.
8. Jurisdiction & Arbitration
Disputes handled by the court in Poland.
Before court, disputes go through simplified online arbitration in Polish.
